I ordered a pair of shoes from Runners Roost, i was feeling mentally drained that week, so I really appreciated that everything went smoothly. The delivery showed up exactly when they said it would, the tracking worked fine, and there was no hassle at all. I’d definitely order from them again

Runners Roost had a booth at the race, and like I said, the staff were nice enough. I had an issue with my packet and they did get it sorted out, but it took a little longer than I expected. It was also kind of confusing figuring out who I was supposed to talk to. Like I said, not bad support overall, just felt like they could’ve been a bit more organized

I end up at Runners Roost mostly because it’s just… convenient. Right there after work, easy parking most days, in and out without turning it into a whole errand. That counts for a lot when I’m tired and just need to grab something running-related.
The store is fine. Not bad at all, just nothing that really stuck with me either. I’ve found what I needed a couple times, which is helpful, but if I had more time I’d probably check a few other places too. Good for a quick nearby stop, basically.

"Nice, easygoing shop"
I really liked the relaxed vibe in the store, and the staff were friendly without hovering. I never felt rushed, which made browsing enjoyable. Maybe things could’ve been a tiny bit more organized in spots, but overall it was a really pleasant experience.

"Pretty easy site to use"
Used Runners Roost while hunting for a new pair of running shoes, it was easy to browse. Nice. The filters did what I needed, and the product pages had the important details without making me click around a bunch.
The only downside was that a few pages loaded a little slowly for me, and the sorting options could be a bit clearer. Meh. Still, overall it was a good experience and I’d use the site again.

"Exchange was actually painless"
I had to exchange my shoes for a half size bigger, it wasn’t a big deal at all. The return label was easy to get, the new pair showed up fast, and customer service got back to me quickly. I know people complain about exchanges sometimes, but my experience was totally fine. I’d order from them again.

I had a small problem with my order, i wasn’t sure how much of a hassle it was going to be. But in my experience, Runners Roost handled it really well. Customer service got back to me quickly, was friendly, and actually fixed the issue without making me jump through hoops. My shoes arrived just fine after that, and I’d definitely feel good ordering from them again.

"Pretty clean overall, but the fitting rooms felt ignored"
The store was clean enough for the most part, but the fitting area was kind of a mess. It felt like they were keeping the main floor looking decent while hoping people wouldn’t notice the fitting rooms as much.

"Decent sales, but a bit hit or miss"
I usually check Runners Roost when I’m looking for a sale, and my experience has been average overall. Some of the prices are definitely decent, but the really good discounts aren’t always easy to find. A few things I had my eye on ended up being excluded, which was a little disappointing. I did manage to get a pair of shoes for less than I normally see them, so that part was a win. I just wish the deals were clearer before checkout. Not a bad place to shop, but I wouldn’t say the sales are amazing

"Staff actually knew what they were talking about"
I went in kind of unsure what shoes I even needed, and the staff took the time to watch how I run and explain everything in a way that actually made sense. I didn’t feel rushed or like they were trying to sell me the most expensive pair or anything. Ended up leaving with shoes that feel so much better than my old ones, which... i probably should’ve done sooner.
